More than a network of organisations — a collective effort to reshape how humanitarian action is designed, led and delivered in Bangladesh.
At its core the Hub exists to shift power closer to the frontlines: strengthening collective leadership, enabling collaboration across diverse actors, and advancing systems change through innovation, evidence and shared learning. It also creates the space, time and resources for innovation to emerge — testing ideas, generating evidence, and refining solutions grounded in real-world experience.
This moment marks the Hub’s evolution from a programme-hosted platform into an autonomous, locally governed institutional network. Start Network’s decade of programme work in Bangladesh is now coordinated and held accountable nationally, under this Hub’s governance.
What that means, and what it does not
The Hub is a platform for coordination, learning, financing and collective humanitarian action — not a traditional institution or implementing organisation. It is a space where programmes, members and partners act together. It is not the sole owner of outcomes, and it does not act alone in system-wide change.

What is real here, and what is not.
This is the frontend build of the Hub platform. The structure, navigation, page templates and the reusable block library are complete and follow Site Map v2 and the 2026 brand manual.
Everything presented as data — alerts, reach figures, funds disbursed, member profiles, publications, news and events — is placeholder content written to the shape of the real records. Alert data will come from Salesforce; written content and the resource library from the CMS. Member profiles will be editable by members and approved by the Secretariat.
