Contact & Accountability
Raise a concern
If something has gone wrong — or you think it might have — we want to know. This page explains what to report, how, and what happens next.
If someone is in immediate danger
Contact local emergency services first. Then tell us, so we can act on our own responsibilities. Do not wait for a response from us before seeking help for someone at risk.
What to report
Concerns we act on
This route covers anyone acting in the Hub's name — Secretariat staff, member organisations, partners, consultants and contractors.
- 01
Safeguarding and PSEA
Harm, exploitation or abuse of anyone we work with or for, including sexual exploitation and abuse by anyone connected to the Hub or its members.
- 02
Child protection
Any concern about the safety or treatment of a child in connection with Hub or member activity, including in published content.
- 03
Fraud and corruption
Misuse of funds, false reporting, bribery, kickbacks or procurement manipulation in pooled funding.
- 04
Conduct and discrimination
Breaches of the code of conduct, harassment, bullying or discrimination in any Hub or member setting.
- 05
Data misuse
Personal data of crisis-affected people, staff or members collected, shared or stored improperly.
- 06
Anything else
If you are unsure whether something belongs here, report it anyway. Deciding is our job, not yours.

Protection for people who report
The whistleblowing policy exists because raising a concern should not depend on an organisation’s standing in the network, or a person’s standing in their organisation. Retaliation against someone who reports in good faith is itself a breach of the code of conduct.
